First of all, please note that the dB Meter app has a lot of available free features, and you might think that you have a subscription because of the high number of features you have access to. However, these are all the functions available in the free plan. Also, please note that deleting the app does not also cancel a previously activated subscription.

There are different ways to cancel active Decibel Pro subscription.

  1. Canceling the subscription through the app

Open the dB Meter app and go to Settings. Under Settings, click Manage Subscriptions. This will open all the active and inactive subscriptions you have associated with your account. Find and click on dB Meter under the ACTIVE section. If you do not see dB Meter under ACTIVE subscriptions, this means that you do not have an active subscription to dB Meter.

If you see dB Meter under ACTIVE subscriptions, click on Cancel Subscription and then on Confirm Cancellation.

After canceling your active subscription, you'll still be able to use all the premium features included in the Pro plan until the end of the current billing period, and you'll not be billed at the beginning of the next billing cycle. The dB Meter subscription should also move to the INACTIVE section of the subscriptions list.

  1. What to do if the app was deleted

If you've deleted the dB Meter app or are unable to follow the steps described above, please use the steps below.

Go to your device’s Settings, click on your Name, and then click on Subscriptions

Find and click on dB Meter in the ACTIVE subscriptions section. If you do not see dB Meter in your ACTIVE subscriptions list, then you do not have an active subscription to dB Meter. If you see the app in your ACTIVE subscriptions list, click on it, click on Cancel Subscription, and then on Confirm Cancellation.
